length of time: about 1/2 hr Pintrest
significance: Beach on the Hudson River Weather
This was the 3rd hike on our trip of 3, the first two being (1) Anthony’s nose and (2) Constitutional Marsh, both nearby and all able to be done in one day. This is less of a hike and more like a walk to the beach, but in my defense their were trails and trees. Read below…

From the parking area you cross the railroad bridge and then you are in the park. Their all a lot of trails to choose from, we turned right after the railroad bridge and then left, that seemed the most direct rout to the river. The trail is nice and easy, but watch for the poison ivy. The area was not crowded and it was a great place to relax after all our previous hikes for the day.
This Hudson Valley area is a great place for outdoors, it is worth the trip, more hikes to come from this place.
Enjoy your trip
